Peaceful Profits Review: 4 High-Ticket Clients in 4 Weeks…After 6 Months Off

[00:00:00] Trish: Hello, Peaceful Profits Nation. This is Trish Evelyn here with an exciting client Spotlight interview for you today. So today we're talking to our client, doctor Tonia Winchester. Tonia has been in practice for over 15 years as a naturopathic doctor, and in the last two years as a certified master in neurolinguistic.

[00:00:22] Trish: She's the author of the most incredible book, smiling in the Shower, the Simple Swift Way to break through Burnout and create Happy, [00:00:30] energized days of which we're going to share with you a really lovely story with how she come up with that title. Tonia primarily works with the age bracket of 40 plus women looking for practical science informed, compassionate support in transforming their physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

[00:00:51] Trish: So Tonia recently caught our eye when she posted in our private Peaceful Profits Facebook group around the success she was [00:01:00] having with her recent book funnel. It's the tremendous amount of dedication and persistence that she has shown in allowing her to experience the success that we really wanna spotlight her with today.

[00:01:15] Trish: So let's make no mistake about the success. It is a journey of many valleys and mountains that has led Tonia to where she's today. And we're gonna delve into this journey more intimately with her. We're gonna share her insights, her [00:01:30] wisdom, and also some of her wins. And the difficult moments that she has been able to work through to enable her to have this success.

[00:01:43] Trish: So I wanna introduce you now to Dr. Tonia Winchester. I am so excited to bring the Spotlight interview and introduce you and welcome you to Peaceful Profits Nation and our talking discussion today. Welcome Tonia. [00:02:00]

[00:02:00] Tonia: Thank you. I'm so excited to be here.

[00:02:03] Trish: Look, I, we've been chatting just briefly before we've started the recording and honestly, where you are in your journey right now, I think will be such an inspiration to so many people who are going on their own personal Peaceful profits journey.

[00:02:18] Trish: I want everybody to have an understanding of what it's taken for you personally to get you where to where you are today, and I want you to share with everybody now. A little bit of [00:02:30] information about the Facebook post that we saw in the group. So it was really about the wins that you were having with your recent book funnel and the fact that you are actually beginning to break even and even possibly start to make some profit after such a tremendous amount of hard work and determination and persistence that has got you to where you are today.

[00:02:53] Trish: And I really wanna delve into and ask specifically. What that meant to you personally to be able to [00:03:00] make that Facebook post because it's such a unique stage to be able to post it the post that you actually made. And what did that feel like to be able to do that?

[00:03:11] Tonia: That was a very exciting day.

[00:03:14] Tonia: And like you say, months of trial and error and persistence and perseverance, I. The post that you're referring to is where I shared that day. As of that moment, my book funnel was [00:03:30] in the black. I was making more than I was spending to acquire a customer, which was such a cool thing to experience, and really in the Peaceful profit system for those listening who are familiar with it.

[00:03:48] Tonia: Ultimately, this is what it's all about, is putting a dollar in to get a customer and getting at least a dollar or more back. And that day that was happening for me. So [00:04:00] I had my book complete by last January and launched it in April Once everything was formatted and covered and everything, and the book funnel was built out and.

[00:04:17] Tonia: Sold it just in a soft way to people on my, already on my email list, past clients and patients. And then some challenges happened in my family over the summer and I put everything away, didn't think about anything [00:04:30] for a number of months and back maybe in October, November, I was, I needed to get back to this project that I put on hold.

[00:04:38] Tonia: And so in December I started launching my Facebook ads and I am. So deeply grateful to all the members of the team who are putting up with me on all these weekly coaching calls where I'm like what now? What do I do now? Why is this not working? How do I make this work? What's different here?

[00:04:53] Tonia: Why does, why is this changing? What, why is it, and so many confusing moments of this process where I'm like it was working now it's not working. [00:05:00] Then what? And so to get to that point, by that point, it was January, like late January, so it was December 1st that I launched my first set of Facebook ads leading people to my book sales page.

[00:05:11] Tonia: And then every week I'm on the sales or the q and a calls with this, the copy team, the Facebook ads team, and just making adjustments and adjustments and seeing the momentum build and seeing, okay, now this, I just had a one book day. Now it's a two book day and now consistently a three book day.

[00:05:27] Tonia: There's some order bumps coming in. All of [00:05:30] these little amazing, exciting moments. And then there's that day where it's wait, today's the day that my, my return on ad spend is above one. Wow. This is so cool. Yeah, and I have, as a sort of side note, I have this software that I use for my, for everything, my websites, for my customer gathering, my billing, my invoicing, all of the stuff, my cart, all of it, and I'm allowed to or not allowed.

[00:05:55] Tonia: I'm able to set up little text pings to myself when something [00:06:00] exciting happens in my software. So every time I get a book sale, I have this text from past Tonia that's girl, you just sold a book. They could be your next dream client. Like all these amazing emojis like, aren't you so stoked about this?

[00:06:12] Tonia: So these days where I'm like ping, ping. Oh wow. Wake up and see three of those notifications overnight, like it's so fun.

[00:06:21] Trish: That's incredible. I just absolutely love you sharing your story. And I think the thing that when you come into the program too, you see all those videos and then there's all these things to work [00:06:30] through and it looks somewhat linear.

[00:06:32] Trish: Yeah. And the truth is, like in order for you to get where you've been, you've really even had to go through process of taking a breather, like looking at it differently, dealing with the aspects that come up in our life day to day while we are continuing on the journey.

[00:06:46] Trish: But the point is, you never gave up that burning desire to have your work in the world, never you. And thank you for persevering, and thank you for. Continuing to come back and access, those q and [00:07:00] As and those within the team that can just keep you on track. Just that is just so valuable for you to share that.

[00:07:07] Trish: Thank you so much, Tonia. Look, how would you say that your recent success has impacted not only your business, but even you as a woman in how you go about things now?

[00:07:22] Tonia: In terms of business, certainly more customers is really nice, which leads then [00:07:30] as people, they engage with the book, they get the audio for free.

[00:07:34] Tonia: When they get it, they have all these amazing things and they get this nurture sequence. They're really starting to get to know me in a way that I wouldn't be able to do in another way. And from that. Those discovery calls, when I get my text message being like, girl, somebody just booked a discovery call.

[00:07:49] Tonia: I get so excited because this is really the opportunity that I get to, connect and dive in and see if this person's gonna be a good fit to work. And those are such exciting. I love those conversations so much. [00:08:00] Yeah. And I. Yeah. And I feel pretty confident on those calls too. That's another thing.

[00:08:05] Tonia: I think just being able to practice those conversations. What do you want? Why do you want it? Am I the person to help you get that? Having the confidence to do that. I'm, I feel like that is part of the success too, is that practice and also. Being able to book that client and then I get that text, so and so just booked.

[00:08:22] Tonia: You got paid girl. I'm sorry, I just love my little past Tonia notes to myself. But it's just this confidence builder of [00:08:30] the work that I'm doing matters. People are paying attention to it and not from an ego place by any means, but this is, I truly believe my life purpose is to serve the planet in this way and really being able to align myself.

[00:08:43] Tonia: Such that's the people are coming to me, the right people are being attracted to me and putting, raising their hands to say, yes, I wanna work with you. And the notion of Peaceful pros, it's so true and so easy in this way where they've engaged with the book, [00:09:00] they're self-selecting. Yes. They're putting their hand to be like, yeah.

[00:09:06] Tonia: Who you know wants to work with you. That's a, it just makes the process so easy. So by the time we have that conversation on that discovery call, they're most of the way there already.

[00:09:17] Trish: Yeah. Do you find that when, by the time they get on the discovery call and that they. That you're guiding them through the book because they're so familiar with it.

[00:09:26] Trish: And do they ask you questions and say, oh, I love this [00:09:30] part of the book, or It's this part of the book that led me to your, this really spoke to me. And I think that must build just such instant, incredible intimacy that no other, nothing else can give you other than the book

[00:09:42] Tonia: Have you found that?

[00:09:43] Tonia: Yeah. I love it when people will say verbatim, my words. Back to me and I'm like, oh my gosh. I love hearing what landed in people's hearts. Yeah. Yeah. What parts I just think that is so phenomenal that this is a way of [00:10:00] connecting to people's, deepest, most. Brilliant and genius parts of themselves that are really looking for some sort of transformation and they link it, they connect it.

[00:10:09] Tonia: I think it's so cool

[00:10:11] Trish: And it'd probably be true to say that most of their walls, their resistance to even potentially feeling like a sales call has already gone their book back call with you because of the book.

[00:10:22] Tonia: Yes, and I'm very informal in how I write and communicate as per my past.

[00:10:27] Tonia: Tonia Text girl. I just [00:10:30] am, I have no pretense. One of my favorite stories when I was a naturopathic doctor, actually this was the best compliment for me. This woman showed up for her appointment in my office. In her pajamas, and she's the person who works from home. And she said to me, you know what?

[00:10:41] Tonia: You're the only person I could ever show up in my pajamas with and be okay with. And I literally was just like, that is the best thing. Like for you to have no concern that you are completely supported. And there's zero judgment from my end. I don't expect you to be here in a certain way.

[00:10:57] Tonia: Just come as you are. That is the most exciting thing for me. So [00:11:00] anyways, a little bit of a digress, but.

[00:11:02] Trish: I love that. Actually, I also wanna share with everybody listening, because I was mentioning to you before how much I loved the name of your book title. So let's actually just delve into that a little bit more.

[00:11:14] Trish: So your book is actually called Smiling in the Shower. The simple swift way to break through burnout and create happy, energized days. For anyone who hasn't seen it either I recommend getting a look at it 'cause it's just a fantastic book cover as well. So tell me a little bit about how you [00:11:30] came to that book title.

[00:11:32] Tonia: Yeah. Can I give a little backstory?

[00:11:35] Trish: Yeah.

[00:11:36] Tonia: That predates the story we've already discussed. Is that okay? Yeah, go for it. In my in practice as a naturopathic doctor. I'm in the business of creating new habits helping people create their own new habits, I should say. And I would meet with someone on the first visit and we'd go through their health history and what their goals were, and we'd put this plan together and they would agree [00:12:00] to the plan in the office.

[00:12:01] Tonia: And then they would come back to me for a follow-up visit, and inevitably they would say some semblance of eating my broccoli is hard. What do you mean? Eating your broley is hard. And that's a metaphor for whatever the thing is that they're not doing that they want to be doing to take care of themselves, to help them reach a specific health goal.

[00:12:20] Tonia: And they just be like, it's hard. And I just became so fascinated with this place in human psychology where. We decide to show for ourselves and take care of ourselves [00:12:30] and do that again the next day. And then the next day. Because I realized it's not the act of eating one's broccoli or getting to bed on time, or, setting a boundary.

[00:12:37] Tonia: Like it's the decision to do that. That's hard. Not the actual act itself. Yes. And so when I was introduced to NLP and discover these tools to actually work in that moment where people can actually choose themselves, and now I have these linguistic. Tools that people can actually make that choice.

[00:12:54] Tonia: And so that eating the broccoli becomes really easy. This client that inspired the name [00:13:00] of this book was one of my early adopter clients. She was a patient for a long time, and was someone who would come into my office monthly or maybe every other month, and we'd just talk about the same thing each time.

[00:13:14] Tonia: Spinning the wheels, no change happening from my perspective. And I think her perspective as well, and she joined up as one of my early, as soon as I learned the process that I take people through, she put up her hand as, yeah, I'll be one of your beta testers, essentially. [00:13:30] So I'm taking her through this system and it's called a breakthrough, and maybe three sessions in, she sends me this email and the email says.

[00:13:40] Tonia: I'm noticing this and this. All these cool things are happening. And by the way, she says, by the way, my husband, this is the language used by the way, my husband caught me smiling in the shower today. He said, you never smile. And she goes, I didn't know why I was smiling. I was just happy. And so [00:14:00] this moment, this micro moment of her massive transformation lit me up so much.

[00:14:05] Tonia: And I realized that's what I wanna do. I wanted. Give people exactly what they need inside their bodies so that they can wake up feeling so good about the day that they spontaneously smile in the shower and the ripple effect of that micro action going out into her day. She's a teacher working with little, she's a music teacher.

[00:14:25] Tonia: Like she gets to spread that smile to them. Those kids are gonna take those smiles home to their [00:14:30] families. She's got her own kids to that. Now that smile is gonna ripple through. It just jazzed me up so much. So that had to become the title of the book.

[00:14:38] Trish: I absolutely love that, and I know it can be such a difficult thing to, and we go over and over the titles or make them so technical, the way that you linked it back to the very reason you do what you do and using.

[00:14:52] Trish: An expression from something that you got from a client directly, I just think is absolutely so magic. And thank you for sharing that. I absolutely [00:15:00] love that story. And honestly, it brings so much joy to me just to listen to it. And thank you for your inspiration and the work you're doing in the world.

[00:15:07] Trish: It's. It's tremendous so everybody would know that right now, to for you to be where you are, you've gone through the entire process of what Peaceful profits has to offer. You've gone through, you've created your high ticket order, you've gone through, you've written the most amazing book, you've created, your order bumps, your upsells.

[00:15:25] Trish: But there's no doubt that would not have been without its challenges. [00:15:30] Along the way. So what would you say, Tonia, was your most difficult challenge during that entire process from start to finish, and what did you do personally to move yourself through that?

[00:15:44] Tonia: Yeah, it's interesting when I'm reflecting back on the work itself, the creative work itself.

[00:15:52] Tonia: I can stay in that groove and that mode forever. And there is this beautiful trifecta of [00:16:00] Facebook ads that actually caught my attention in the fall of 20, what are we now? 2023. So 2022. So 2021 was when I would've first bought the book, Mike's book. You know the one book, millions Method? That was one of the trifecta.

[00:16:13] Tonia: There was this ad for this. Morning, the Perfect Morning Formula or something, Craig Valentine's work. And then this ad for this software that literally was doing everything that I needed a software to do in one place. And it was like one day, it was like Mike's book. The next day it was this morning routine program, and then the next day [00:16:30] was this software, and I was like, bye bye bye.

[00:16:33] Tonia: I didn't know I needed these things but just those, the way the ads work. I was like, yes. And so immediately as I'm reading Mike's book, I'm learning this sort of morning routine, which. I used to have this very luxurious and self-indulgent morning routine. I have to wake up and I have to like, make my tea and then do my meditation for at least 30 minutes.

[00:16:53] Tonia: Then I have to exercise and maybe have some nice breakfast, and now I'm ready to get to work. And [00:17:00] really his program is just get up and do the darn thing. Yeah. So thankfully the actual working was. Easy for me. The writing of the book I found easy. It had been a culmination of many blog posts, many articles, many things that I've just written over the years that I was able to assemble in this way.

[00:17:21] Tonia: But I would get up every day, five 30 or six, depending on the day, and I would just. And I just did that and I just got up and I did the darn thing, and then [00:17:30] book was done. And then I started building up the funnel and I did it all myself. I haven't hired any tech people to do any of this for me designers for the book cover for sure.

[00:17:38] Tonia: But again, I would just get up and I would do the darn thing and I would figure out how in this software I was gonna make this work. And I was in touch with their tech team all the time. And I just did the damn work. And then when it came time to actually. Put the book out there.

[00:17:52] Tonia: So let's say we started the book November of 2021, let's say. And then, like I say, with the funnel build and everything, it's now April [00:18:00] and I launch it softly again to that email list as I mentioned. And then it's the next stage that I would get hung up, the promoting it further and farther, right?

[00:18:10] Tonia: Yeah that's my personal sticky point with, it's oh, what if, actually Mike talks about this idea of you're not gonna be slammed right off the top. There's, it's not like immediately gonna be like, I'm so busy, I don't know what to do with all these people. Like it's a slow burn, right?

[00:18:23] Tonia: A slow build. But for me that was a sticky place. I'm not ready to do this Facebook thing. What, [00:18:30] how I can't, I just can't right now. And so going back though, we talked a little bit ahead of time of this, that emotional cycle of change. Yes. And that was in Mike's program. That was the first time I'd ever been presented with that in that way where you, I actually have it right in front of me here.

[00:18:52] Tonia: I keep it front and center my, in my visual field. But you start this. Uninformed optimism. And I'd been in [00:19:00] that stage for about 10 years in my business of just latching onto the new thing. Yes, the new gimmick, the new program, whatever it was. And there's this sort of valley that happens once you engage in something new where you realize, he calls it the valley of despair, where you realize that there it is hard.

[00:19:19] Tonia: It's really hard. At that point, I would predictably just go back to the top and get the new thing again. Yes. And and I, like I say, I've been [00:19:30] in that cycle for 10 years and that was something I posted that day in the Facebook group that getting to this point of breaking even is, has been a 10 year process.

[00:19:38] Tonia: Really. Absolutely. And if you stick with it though, and you keep going forward. Taking an action, getting the feedback, adjusting or staying the course, you end up coming out of that valley and eventually to a place where you have informed optimism. Yeah. You know what it's taking. You're on the path.

[00:19:58] Tonia: You're gonna keep taking those [00:20:00] actions until you reach that success and fulfillment and having that frame, that lens. For me, even when I, I took six months off to grieve the loss of my dad, my granddad, we lost an uncle all within about six weeks this summer. Keeping in mind like, I'm not giving up on this.

[00:20:16] Tonia: Yeah. I'm taking this time right now that I need to, for myself personally, and I know exactly what I need to do when I come back to it. So then starting to craft the ads in terms of the copy, the creatives, [00:20:30] and then I had this really glorious excuse that everyone kept saying to me, oh, ads are really expensive in December.

[00:20:36] Tonia: You might as well just wait till January. And I was like, yeah. And that fit in with my desire to not start them very well. I was like, yeah, I'll just wait. And then it was end of November. I'm like, why am I waiting? Exactly. Who cares if I spend a couple extra bucks on ads right now? Let's just again do the darn thing and get it out there.

[00:20:54] Tonia: Since then, it's just been this process of adjusting, adapting, changing the header, changing the [00:21:00] copy, changing the things to get the results. And yeah, it is a process. It is a journey. No, make no mistake,

[00:21:05] Trish: yeah, absolutely. And most definitely with the clients that I'm working with, it's almost one of the first things I direct them to, and it's so certainly been true on my own journey as well, is the emotional valleys.

[00:21:16] Trish: The moments where we realize, wow, that's the mountain I've gotta climb. And where we really face those parts within ourselves that have all the resistance to our success. So thank you so much for sharing how [00:21:30] you walk through it, because I know without a doubt, as we all go on this journey, we face many valleys.

[00:21:35] Trish: There are so many mountains to conquer as well, and you are proof within that. And I love the, your whole philosophy and thank you so much for sharing. Exactly how you ended up and worked your way. You essentially worked your way through those valleys, through just con, persistent, consistent action and self-belief.

[00:21:55] Tonia: Yeah. Self-belief. Yeah. And exactly getting up and doing it, just taking a step, [00:22:00] even if it's. It blows up in your face. Okay. Yeah. I took a step, I got some good feedback about that one. Let's adjust and keep going. Yeah. And keep going. Yeah. Until it works. That's the idea. Until it works. Yeah,

[00:22:14] Trish: until, 'cause it's not gonna fail just until, I love that.

[00:22:17] Trish: Until it works. Yeah. So what was your most rewarding part if you've been on a phenomenal growth journey? At what point, was it when you realized you were starting to break even? What, or was it even before that you realized, [00:22:30] yeah, I'm never giving up on this and it is gonna work and it was just starting to begin to feel really rewarding?

[00:22:36] Tonia: Yeah. I think there's few things and there's a big thing that's more conceptual and really, reflecting back on those six months where I. I was opting out of my business. Even, in my practice I opted out because of what my family was going through. The idea of having something in place that is generating income when you need to take a break from your [00:23:00] business is really enticing and inspiring, and I'm not at that place yet,

[00:23:08] Tonia: and I know, and I trust that I can do what needs to happen to get there. So if I do need to take. No. Two, three months off, more time off I'll be okay. So that's something that's comforting to me now and definitely having the proof of that over those six months wow, this is a, this is exactly why we need Peaceful Profits.

[00:23:28] Tonia: Thanks. I hear you. [00:23:30]

[00:23:31] Trish: Yeah. And even Mike regularly speaks about and the end of the program is working yourself outta the business where you basically create that recurring revenue, still having your workout in the world, but it's Peaceful in a way that you don't have to be there all the time doing it.

[00:23:46] Trish: And had you not had those experiences, you probably wouldn't have had that amazing awareness that redirect you back into the program at that moment because his perform is what you wanted,

[00:23:56] Tonia: and I had another point that was more practical and I'm not remembering what it was now. Can you [00:24:00] re-ask me your question?

[00:24:00] Tonia: Is that okay? Yeah.

[00:24:01] Trish: It was basically what did you find more? The most

[00:24:04] Tonia: rewarding? Oh, yes, thank you. Okay. So the comfort in that bigger concept, and then it was actually, so people started buying the book April over the summer. They were just, again, very organically buying the book, and it was September that.

[00:24:18] Tonia: So at this point, it's been less than a year since I started writing the book and building all of this stuff. So September of 2022 I had three or four cl I think four clients enroll that month, which was the most I'd ever [00:24:30] had enroll in one month. And they were all book readers and they were all the most genius clients.

[00:24:35] Tonia: Like they were such good fits and it was so easy to work with them. And my schedules was busy how I wanted it to be and they were so dreamy. They were so dreamy and I was like, this is the system is working. Again, I just felt so much comfort and confidence. This is working. And from there, starting to build up the ads to, to start to connect to more people.

[00:24:59] Tonia: Yes. And then [00:25:00] the other thing is like every time two or every, maybe every three or four, three or four clients, I guess that I enroll, I'll just raise my prices. Not a ton, but maybe 10% and I'm just. I'm good with that. Yeah. Do you think it's valuable? Sorry.

[00:25:15] Trish: Yeah. Do you think it's the fact that you now know your funnels out there and gradually more and more people are coming and as more and more people are coming, they require more intimacy with you and then you have this, such an increased value of yourself and your ability to serve Now knowing that you've got this [00:25:30] funnel automated, that you're actually really comfortable with raising prices, and do you think if you didn't have it, you would be at that point?

[00:25:37] Tonia: I don't think, if I didn't have the funnel that I wouldn't be at this point. I think I got all those negatives. Correct. I definitely think the funnel has supported me to get to this point. Yeah. A hundred percent. And there is a little bit of a I guess a demand cycle that's happening where yeah I am seeing the value of it.

[00:25:54] Tonia: I'm getting people incredible transformations. The people that read the book and come [00:26:00] through this process are the ones that get those really incredible transformations. So I am seeing that the value cycle. Yeah. Every time I work with someone I, this is worth more, this is more and more, yeah.

[00:26:10] Trish: Yeah. More and more coming and then you, there's less and less of you. So just supplying. That's, yeah. I love it. So now we're at to thank you for sharing all of your wisdoms. Now we're at. One of my favorite parts because obviously. You're a client here and you've been literally working through the process in [00:26:30] such an incredible way from start to finish.

[00:26:32] Trish: You're still continuing to get your high ticket offer dialed in. You've got more and more people coming to you peacefully through a book. You are, you're having your dream dreamy clients land in your calendar. Basically, every single day your ads are starting to turn into a profit. You're getting your little pings, Hey girl, which you just lighting up your day, which I love.

[00:26:52] Trish: What would you give as the number one piece of advice that you would like to share to everyone listening right now that's also working through this [00:27:00] process, the valleys and their mountains,

[00:27:01] Trish: What would be the number one piece that you would share with them? And then after, we'll invite you to give three actionable steps that they can take, but firstly, just the number one piece of

[00:27:11] Tonia: advice.

[00:27:12] Trish: What?

[00:27:14] Tonia: Yeah, keep going to say that. Really simply, just keep going.

[00:27:22] Tonia: Yeah. Until it works. Yeah,

[00:27:25] Trish: absolutely. Yeah. What would be the three actionable [00:27:30] steps that you think you could share with everybody listening now that would help them if they're feeling stuck, just help them along on the journey. Three things that, changed your process and helped you along. Yeah.

[00:27:43] Tonia: Well, a, if they have not got the darn book yet, get the book One book Millions Method. Is that what it's called? One book? I think so. Sorry. Yeah. Hey, and if they're already in this world of Peaceful profits, then I would say get the [00:28:00] support, show up on those q and a calls. Submit your questions ahead of time.

[00:28:03] Tonia: There is a team of exceptionally experience and caring people who have your back and want to see you succeed. It's so assuring to know that they're in my corner, so please also know they're in your corner too. Yeah. Two, when it comes to writing the book as a low ticket offer that you can acquire customers with for at a [00:28:30] profit.

[00:28:30] Tonia: Hello. What a compelling notion. This, the thing for me was I had so much material that I've been generating over the last 15 years as I've been in the service pro profession. I'm a writer. I just create, I just, words come outta me and I had so much. The simplest little strategy of taking the cue cards and outlining the main topics that I wanted to cover, and then being able to take those cue cards and rearrange them so I could see the whole [00:29:00] picture all at once.

[00:29:00] Tonia: But also play Tetris with how these things were arranged to get the perfect flow and the perfect narrative for the story. It literally allowed me that something I've been thinking about for probably, 7, 8, 9 years, it just happened in two hours time. Wow. Or this is now the skeleton of my book.

[00:29:17] Tonia: Yeah. And it just the shift from me being like, how will I ever possibly write a book with everything that I know and wanna talk about, oh, this is how, this is my skeleton. And then [00:29:30] another action step. I'm gonna say the same thing. Perseverance. Just keep going. Keep taking an action, getting the feedback, deciding is that feedback what I want.

[00:29:39] Tonia: If so, keep going. If not, adjust, take a new action, get the feedback. It becomes this really self-affirming and self perpetuating loop that actually has direction. It's not a loop. It actually has direction versus the hitting a roadblock and quitting and starting again, hitting a roadblock and quitting and starting [00:30:00] again.

[00:30:01] Tonia: I don't really believe in overnight success. Anyone who says that they're. Suddenly successful overnight has been probably working at that thing for at least a decade. Yeah. Not in every case, but Yeah.

[00:30:15] Trish: Yeah, absolutely. Honestly, I've been so privileged to do this Client Spotlight interview with you.

[00:30:22] Trish: Your success is phenomenal. Your perseverance is to be admired, your strength, your courage, your self-belief, all those incredible things that [00:30:30] we need to build within ourselves as we go on these journeys of growth. Had never been more highlighted in a Peaceful Profits participant than you. I think so. Thank you for being here.

[00:30:41] Trish: Thank you for allowing me to do this interview, sharing your stories, your wisdom, your knowledge. Anybody listening and they wanna go, I wanna work with that girl. How can we get hold of you? Tell us a little bit about your program where we can find it if you have a landing page and just share where people can find you.[00:31:00]

[00:31:01] Tonia: I work with people who are stressed, anxious, burnt out, often, insomniac or really restful sleep patterns. Not restful, restless, sorry. They want rest. They want restful sleep patterns. These people are overwhelmed and underwhelmed often at the same time. And really what I do is I just give them the structure that I take them through.

[00:31:23] Tonia: It's called a breakthrough where we easily and gently use these. Powerful, [00:31:30] contemporary neurological reprogramming techniques to basically recode how their mind is wired so that they can make changes in their lives that are gonna help them get a new result from what they're wanting, whether that's a health outcome or a relationship outcome, or even in their careers.

[00:31:46] Tonia: So really, the people that come to me are stuck and they're looking for a way to be unstuck, and they can find me at my book page, which is. Coach [00:32:00] dot Tonia, T-O-N-I-A winchester.com/book-one.

[00:32:04] Trish: Fantastic. I think that's all we need, just one amazing book page funnel. Thank you again. Is if there, is there anything else you might like to share or finish off with or anything else?

[00:32:18] Tonia: This system works and it works when you work it, and I would just highly encourage any listeners out there to keep working the system until it works for you.

[00:32:28] Trish: Thank you. [00:32:30] Wonderful. I'm sure we're gonna hear amazing things and see your book funnel out in the world, changing lives, doing what you do, so phenomenally.

[00:32:37] Trish: So thanks again, Tonia. I really enjoyed our time together today. Thank you, Trish. This was really special. Thank you. You're welcome. Best of luck.
